Hey all,

Firstly a massive pat on the back to ADJ guys, your lights are the best on the market at the moment.

I bought about 5 months ago a pair of Revo 3's from sound control in preston UK (this is where i live).

Unfortunately one of the lights has now stopped functioning, it powers up fine, but the lights dont come on Frowner

Is there anything i can do about this as i cannot find any uk support and it would cost me just as much to send it to the US as it would to buy a new one.

Am i better off just waiting for the Rev 4 to hit the market in the uk and cutting my losses Smiler

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers all.

Hey All,

Does anyone know who i would contact to get this resolved as the store i bought these from has now gone bankrupt and a couple of other local DJ shops i have taken them to are charging a fee to look at them without even fixing them.

Cheers.

Scott, are you saying that everything about the light works, but it wont light up? This is probably a stupid question, but have you tried to replace the bulb yet? Even if you have to buy a bulb, and that ISNT the solution, you can always use a spare bulb for the others...
Given your location, and the nature of your dilemma... either tinker with it yourself, of take it to someone who likes to fix things and let them look at it...it might just be a broken wire, if it's not the bulb...but rather than just scrapping it, pop the cover off, and have a look.

Hiya,

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately this is an LED light and its the entire cluster of them that won't light up, but i know there is power going into it because you can hear the mirrors moving inside.

I would love to open it, but this would invalidate the warranty and although it looks as though my warranty isn't worth the paper is printed on, i still don't want to do this.

I guess the moral of the story is stear clear of ADJ and any other company that cannot backup threre support in the uk and go back to the boring prolight rubbish that is manufactured in the uk.

Cheers.

Also we have been doin support in the UK for less than a year, it takes some time to start covering a whole country and give proper support. Let me see what we can do.
