Bought one of these recently, went to use it at a gig on Friday night and discovered a problem:
The output from the unit is displaying BACKWARDS!
Anyone else experienced this?
Is there a simple fix? A software reset of some kind?
Or do I need to take it back to the shop?!

No clue. I looked at the video. Impressive. I like it. But backwards? Wouldn't do much for me. Well maybe. I do weddings where the guests get so smashed perhaps reading it backwards would work better for their drunken eyes.

The manual doesn't give me any indications as to where to look. The DMX specs didn't give me any clues either. Are you using built in programs(just for trouble shooting?) and did it work fine before during testing?

Sounds like something ain't right.

All of the built in programs and also the 4 digit program codes (rd01, rd02 etc.) are projected backwards.

Can't see any way of solving this, so will be taking it back to the shop.

I have same problem with text upsidedown and backwards.
I turn the unit upsidedown to right the text as an short term fix.
Any advice on correcting this would be greatly welcome.

Sounds like you just had the bracket pointing the wrong way.
