Hi everyone, I am new to the forum. Ok well I have had this fogger for about 2 years. I bought it brand new and everything was working really great. Until last Halloween when it stopped running. I had the fog machine going constantly for around 2 hours. I don't know if that good or not. But the problem is the pump isn't sucking the fog juice threw the tube, but the fan that blows the smoke out does work. I don't know if it's clogged (the pump) or if the fuse is burnt out. Please help me guys. Halloween is coming up.

It's not the fuse because it controls the power to the whole unit and it's obviously powering up. So it could very well be the pump, but that's just a guess. Please call 800-322-6337 to place an order for parts or obtain a return authorization number for service.
