One of my scanners isn't working. I took the front off and it seems that the motor running the gobos isn't working and the shutter motor isn't working. The light comes on and the shutter tries to move but just stutters. the gobo wheel doesnt move at all. Any ideas? do I need to replace the motors?

You might want to just call our service dept. They maybe better suited to hall you figure out what's wrong. But to me sounds like maybe a sensor has gone out. That has happened to me on my perf. Scan.

I hope thats all it is cuz I bet the motors are costly
