Hey all newbie here to the forum. I picked up a Mystic LED about a month ago loves the light. I have a question though. When running the light in sound mode the mic seems very very weak. To the point where it will allow the light to go off with the mid stream. Tapping it allows it to go back on. Seems very low in contrast to my LED Starball DMX. I have it set to audio mode get the green activity light while tapping. Do I need repair? Thoughts? Thanks All in Advance.

hello welcome to the forums. I do believe there is a setting in the system menu for you to adjust the mic sensetivity. Check your user manual for more specific instructions.

Jingles thank you for the rapid response. It has a sensativity knob it is all the way clock wise. Is there a second setting?

no if it has a knob then I don't think it has a second setting. But check the manual just to be sure. Sincerely,

TY again Jingles any one with an opinion here? When the bass is hitting uruns ok but just to be not nearly sensative enough.
