Recently I've been selling & buying some lights on eBay (Click here to see my items that I'm currently selling). I came across an item that appeared to be identical to the ADJ DMX Operator. If you scroll down a bit to see the pictures, you will see that it is infact a near clone... with one exception. I'll see if you guys can spot it out!
Now, being the curious bugger that I am I sent chinesedepartmentstore-online a email regarding these issues. Here's the reply I got back from them...

If you are from france and you order 100 pieces, the factory will call it French DJ if you like. American DJ is not a designer nor a manufacturer. They are just bunch of business man who buy in bulk and factories such this one put their names on them .They have no design or intellectual property patents for any of these products. We were involved in the design of the original DMX Operator. The unit pictured is a copy, manufactured by another company, Also the parts used are of less quality. The factory that manufactures our Operator doesn't make it for others.
