how many hours is the life of this one, and i need to do some duty cicles. when the laser dead american dj sale spares or just i put in the garbage.

Hey Juancholin welcome to the forum! The laser should last you a long time. Thousands of hours Im sure. As far as I know (anyone correct me if Im wrong) there isnt a duty cycle for this effect. Also when the unit "dies", the "dead" part can be replaced for about $400. Hope this helps.

nope! lasers do get warm, cause you're using electricity, but they can go all night. A laser diode will last you many many many....(years later) many many events. Just make sure you clean it, and give it that special care it deserves.
