The company that i work for bought a dmx controller and a dmx20l dimmerpack.But we do not have any intelligent lights. I tried to connect the regular lights, but i only seem to get channel #4 to work with both outlets. I have been trying to change to 4channels, changing the DMX address numbers, nothing seems to help.

These lights i talk about are 2 On/Off light for on our stage and we have the Tetra Linksystem from *******. This last one uses 1 output on the dimmerpack, only for the master in the linkage. The 2 lights on the stage both need an output.

I would really like it to have all 4 channels working, any help would be welcome. I allready tried putting the dimmerpack into 1 or 2 channels, doesn't make any difference.

make sure you are in 4 channel mode. First make sure you are in DMX mode then use the mode switch to go to "CH" mode then select 4 using the up down button. You might want to check the fuses as you may have blown the fuses in the first three channels, Dimmer packs are only to be used with par cans and not turn on effect lights you should use the PPDMX20l for that.
