Hey everyone, I recently picked up 2 pocket scans for a decent price, one is completely dead, Not sure what is wrong with it. the other powers up, the mirror moves up and across, but seems to go past its end position, as it "clicks" without moving once it has moved all the way to the right. Then it will move back to the far left and stop. The LED Numbers blink, and nothing happens..It is NOT connected to a DMX cable or controller.

The bulb comes on, and the unit will cycle through the gobos...

Not sure whats going on with that. give our service dept a call maybe they can give you a few ideas.

Are they supposed to reset themselves, or do a self test? I Assume they are supposed to do this right? Is there a troubleshooting guide for these? I know they were recently removed from the ADJ website..

Yes I beleieve they are supposed to go through a self test on power up. About the manuals check the discontinued section of the lighting webpage on our site.

Press the 1 and the 100 keys at the same time as you power them on. That should set the reset mode.
