I have a DJ SPOT 300 that will not turn either vertically or horizontally. The light goes on but there is no rotation. I have reset the Default settings and tried to retest in Test Mode without success. I've tried using the Sound Mode but still get the same result (i.e. light is on, no rotation). Also, I am getting a error that says "PA.er." which flashes for an instant. Can someone please tell me what's going on and what I could do to get this fixture to work. Thanks with a cherry on top.

Ya that would be a PAN error code. Call our service dept on monday (today) and have the light with you when you call. Also have the serial number ready to go. The number is on the website.
