I would like to replace the "uv purple" lens on my mighty scan. Can this be done without replacing the entire color wheel? If so who do I contact to arrange a purchase of this.

Contact parts@americandj.com they should be able to help you out. The website shows you have to replace the whole color wheel ($40.00) but maybe theres another way. Youll have to toak to the experts for this one. Just outta curiosity, what happened that tehe color has to be replaced? Is it faded or scratched etc?

The Old lens are scratched, one is broken. I have emailed parts several days but I have not recieved any reply. I also would like to use this color in three of my color scan 250's if the colors are available. Gels burn off from the heat. If anyone has any solution let me know.

Looks like the only thing to do is get a new color wheel. unless support has any other suggestions. Sorry
