I have 8 and they all are bright except one thats extremely dim. Ive read the manual and see nothing about settings on it. Is there a mode that dims... When i take out the dmx cords, it gos back to normal... mydmx is set to max for brightness... what gives?

it might be internal. you would have to get ypour unitservice bacause there is no settings for dimming adjustment. please contact our service Dept. at 1-800-322-6337

I gotta agree. Sounds like something funky and needs to have service take a better look at it. Call them up, be ready to work with it, and they'll advise further. ADJ support is really good.
