looking for a bulb for this baby,it's pretty dang old,the bulb part is lb82,wondering if anyone would know if i could use a different bulb currently available..any info would be outstanding!

This is a american dj light?

this pre dates the american dj logo, it says Dj usa. my old sparkle light has the same logo

is there some general or generic bulb i can try? unfortunately it doesn't have a wattage listed on the actual bulb

I Was just informed ADJ did not make that fixture. It is not part of our inventory we never made it. dj usa was a company that made this light but we believe they went out of bussiness. Sorry.

Based on the age, and if the lamps page doesn't yield any results, I would suggest calling up ADJ directly, but instead of going to service, ask to speak to the PARTS department. Chances are they'd have an answer for you, either positive(yes, we have them OR "we don't carry that bulb but this is the replacement for that") or negative(sorry, we don't carry that anymore).

Best of luck to you. As most of us know, many bulbs work in many different fixtures, thank goodness. I'm willing to bet that ADJ will have a suitable substitute bulb for you.

thanks for the info, yeah i know this light is like ancient and i was thinking maybe dj usa was the brand prior to american dj. it did work well for a long, long time. thanks again!.

Ya sorry. Try taking the bulb into a electronics store or like home depot and see if they can match find you a bulb.
