Hello all,
I have just gotten a P64 LED fixture and I'm trying to get it set up. I have a Leprecon LP-X24 light board, and I've already set up the 'instrument'. What I can't seem to be able to find is how to set the DIP switches to set the beginning DMX address. If anyone knows how to set them, or has a diagram I'd really appreciate it. Thanks. |

Well what channel are you starting at for them?
Let me know if that helps. Sincerely, NEW CONTEST! Check it out in the announcements section! James D. Keeley Elation Professional/American DJ Compu Live/MY DMX Tech Support |

It needs to start anywhere after channel 165, so 166+. But, on the back there are only 8 switches, and the first one is to activate DMX mode. So, will that just bump the numbers back?
Like: 2->1 3->2 4->4 5->8 etc to: 8->64? Which even if all of them are on that's only up to 127, so I guess I'll have to try and get it below our MAC 500s. |

it doesn't bump them back. So just do the addresses like the pic I posted shows you the numbers. Welcome to the forums. Sincerely,

Yeah, apparently from looking at the site, this is an older version that only has 8 dip-switches. But, it is the P64 LED.

Ddreier,
You're right. You have an older version and it will only allow you to address up to channel 127. |
