Hey im looking into a DJ Scan RG and was wondering if the gobos rotate in both directions. (like the movie shows) Also, does it have variable rotating speeds? Thanks! VOLT
Ok, the only problem I see is that in the video they are clearly rotating in opposite directions. The only thought the gobos dont all spin the same direction (2 clockwise, 2 counterclockwise). Also, it says that the gobos are replaceable. can this be done by removing just the lamp door or do you need to take the cover off of the unit (like the user manual specifically says not to) Thanks
sorry boy, but it only spins in 1 direction. The video has all of the gobos spinning the same direction, however, since the lights are on different sides of the room, it appears to be going in different directions! I have 2 of them i am not happy, cause the gobos suck. I have not bothered to replace them.
Ok, Thanks alot *looks at video again, says ohhh* If you hate the gobos so much, you can make some really nice (and cheap) gobos by simply drilling tiny holes in a coin sized piece of metal. (in a big circle for a tunnel or in a straight line for a really cool effect for rotating)

I have a feeling the scanners werepoitioned so that they were facing each other. They both rotate the same direction...but from the positioning...it looks like they are going seperate direction. -AMP
