I have a show designer that powers up, lets me select the function but is not sending any signal to my lights. Is there a fix for this in software or hardware?

i wonder if there is a polarity switch on your SD and u could try switching it. But really i would call our tech support hotline.

Polarity switch, bad cable? Bad port on first fixture? Broken DMX output? Improper addressing on lights? Lights in Master/slave mode?
