I bought the DMX Partner to control my Accu Rollers (with the built in programs only) but of course my ADJ Dealer sent me a Partner preprogrammed for Accu Color, not the Accu Rollers! Do I need a whole new Partner or can't I use the serial port to download the right program from my PC? (assuming I can get the right data, I already have the download program!) I figure that is how you do it at the factory ! Any help is appreciated ! My dealer is looking into it but hasn't gotten back to me (and evidently doesn't have any Partners preprogrammed for the Accu Rollers in stock). Thanks !

you should be able to just download the new data into it... however, you'll need the right data as you've stated and in order to obtain that i believe your going to have to contact support to have them set you up with the right file... b/c to my knowledge it's not publicly posted anywhere. Let us know how you make out.
