I am some xp-3 fixtures and a couple of them have the motor stopper switch installed on the base. My problem is that when I turn them on one of the fixtures just pans really slowly and won't act like the other fixtures until i manually press the motor stopper switch. Any ideas and also why is this switch not installed on all the xp-3 fixtures and what does it do?
