Hi All,

I am having a prob getting 2 of these to sync up and mirror each other even after I have reversed the pan &tilt on 1. They seem to be just offset on their movement then will change up and the other 1 seems to be offset a bit just like the 1 before it was... then it changes back. It almost seems like they are programed to do this? The color and GOBO work just fine, it is just the movement. Any ideas?

Jingles,

I reversed the pan & tilt thru the fixture itself not the Op Pro. I have not even tried to program yet, I was using a preprogrammed sequence via I think it was channel 7. It did this thru every program that was offered.

That may affect the reversing of the pan and tilt channels. i think they will play at the values in which they were programmed. really if ur using a DMX controller there is no need to use the pre programs. try moving both lights at the same time and see if they still reverse. ok? sincerely,

Matt,

I triple checked the addresses and all were set correctly. The colors and gobos all matched, it was just 1 scanner would be offset from the other and it would change back and forth which 1 was offset. It appeared to me that it was an intended effect. But I want them to be sync'd most of the time not offset all the time.

Well I figured out what I was doing wrong. I reversed the pan & tilt. I only needed to reverse the pan on 1 of them and not the tilt. They sync'd up great once I got that worked out!

Nice! That is good to know. I'm in the process of looking for a good controller for my new accu scans so this will come in handy!

Might I suggest a DMX Operator 192? Great surface.

Maybe MyDMX? Good way to go computer-based.

Matt,

I have a barely used Operator Pro that I would like to sell. I do not have "Traditional" par cans so the right side is uselees for me. I am looking to get an Op 192 or some software for a laptop to run it.
