I bought one of these and the manual is so confusing I can't get it to work. I have both a Chauvet 55RG and a Scorpion LG-80 that I'm trying to control. I am only using one device at a time connected to the controller. The starting address of the LG-80 shows A0001 so I would figure the fixture would be on slider 1.

I can't figure this out and need help badly. Anyone in Jacksonville FL that can help with DMX programming?

I don't have this. I'm basing what I say on the picture.

I've had no problems wiht my DMX Operator an found the manual well written, although it helps to have it in front of you while you read so you can play.

Hit a Scanner button on the left. That will activate channels o the faders. Ta-Da! That's probably your first problem.

The second problems may be tied to addressing.

If I recall, the left side is for scanners and intels, or at least that is the intention. The right side is for ParCans, or at least is their intention.

Have fun.

Hit the first scanner button, start tweaking away. When you need to access higher channels on the scanner, hit SHIFT and your good.

I would suspsect that beacuse your LG-80 show A001, I would assume that means it's STARTING at channel 1. Without taking any effort to look up this item, let's say it's a 7 channel fixture, that means it would use channels 1-7.
