Dynasty Scan Problem

We're a poor rural school district..

We have a DMX Operator Pro controlling approximately 14 P64 LED's. We are 99% finished with the light program for our Christmas Childrens production when we ran into a problem with the last 1% (isn't that how it usually goes, lol).
